Sofitel New York Hotel

We were impressed by the exceptional staff service and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Located in a convenient area of this city, it was easy for us to explore the NY sights and attractions, including Central Park and the theater district. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also very impressive, and we appreciated the fact that the hotel offered excellent breakfast options.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel, and we were disappointed to hear on the last day of our stay that the restaurant provided coffee service.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadway. The hotel staff treated me like royalty and were always available to assist with any needs I had, from room service to recommendations for local tours. Speaking of room service, the food was delicious and made my stay even more enjoyable. The 24-hour fitness center was also a great amenity, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine while away from home. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this venue. I would definitely bring my family here and recommend it to others looking for a hotel that offers excellent service and amenities.

The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were good, I loved the unbeatable location near to Times Square, midtown and the center of Manhattan.

The staff was best and efficient, the breakfast offered was marvellous with lots of food. Peaceful and incredible location close to Times Square. There was a great restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

We lovely spend 6 nights in New York City. The luxury king room was appropriate, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The location was magnificent, walking distance from a well-maintained lawn.

When it comes to finding the perfect place to stay in the center of Manhattan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. It is conveniently located close to most attractions, right by Rockefeller center, and in a great location for Central Park or the theater district. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with impeccable bathrooms stocked with luxurious toiletries. The staff is courteous and the bar service is outstanding. Additionally, the fitness center is well-equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

One downside is the lack of complimentary water or mini bar options in the rooms, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

Fairly large & clean hotel, its location is perfect short walk to theatres, many attractions and restaurants, Fifth Avenue, the Theater district. Pleasant, welcoming staff are from the maid to the desk clerks.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. the location was perfect, with easy access to Times Square, shopping, and theaters. It was also conveniently located near the subway and Grand Central. the concierge was fantastic and gave great recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

We experienced some noise at night as our room was next to the electrical cupboard. It was a bit disruptive to our sleep.

Location was exceptional, our room was perfectly appointed and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely restaurant with a French menu.

The breakfast at Sofitel was absolutely incredible. Each dish was custom-cooked and served with innovative choices, making it the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The location was also perfect for exploring different areas of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in NYC.

Bad breakfast

Perfectly located in the center of Manhattan, very well served by subway lines, this hotel fulfills my wishes. Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, pleasant breakfast. Compared to my last stay, two years ago, the rooms have been renovated, which is a good thing.

If there was an espresso machine in the rooms, it would be even better...

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from Times Square. We loved being able to explore the city easily from this key location. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any queries or concerns we had.

There were quite a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. This was frustrating as we expected more options for drinks and snacks in our room.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Sofitel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was quiet and clean. Although there was no newspaper service and limited water bottles, the friendly serving staff made up for it. I highly recommend Sofitel.
